I can develop 100 raws in less then 1 minute which is simply impossible with the development without smart previews. And it is also impossible to compare 100 files at the same time with the compare tool. It is hard to be precise how many files i developed directly using the smart preview feature (and probably joint the compare tool. Anyways it worked, smart previews improved a lot!

It is a bit rough since it requires the use of a new develop tool which makes it feel like a trailer version of how it is suppose to be. I honestly not good with missing previews (i can live with it till smart previews opens up in the develop tool), but if the developers would have to use the smart previews to be able to compare the files, i think it would be impossible to make them optional i think.
